SOS INTERNATIONAL TEAMED WITH GLOBAL BATTLESTAFF WINNER IN SUPPORT OF U.S. SPECIAL OPERATIONS COMMAND

RESTON, VA - SOS International Ltd. (SOSi) will support Jacobs Technology, Inc. as it pursues task orders under the recently awarded U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Global Battlestaff and Program Support Services (GBPS) program. Jacobs was one of four winners of indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts awarded in support of this program. The contracts, also won by CACI, SRA International and Booz Allen Hamilton, have a combined maximum value of $1.5 billion.

Under the contract, the Jacobs-SOSi team will compete for task orders to provide personnel, supervision and additional capabilities in support of a range of USSOCOM missions. The team will position itself to provide subject matter expertise in numerous areas, including Operational and Intelligence Support, Acquisition & Logistics Management and Business Operations/Financial Management.

The anticipated period of performance is three years (base) with a single two-year option, for a total contract period of performance not to exceed five years. Work will be performed in locations around the globe.
