SOS INTERNATIONAL WELCOMES BRIGADIER GENERAL MARGRIT FARMER TO STAFF

RESTON, VA - Brigadier General Margrit Farmer has joined SOS International, Ltd. as an In-Country Program Manager working out of Heidelberg, Germany.
Farmer recently left government service as the Special Advisor to the Director, Department of Defense (DoD) Biometrics Task Force (BTF) and Senior Intelligence Officer within the BTF. During her tenure, she provided the Director, BTF with an executive-level strategic view of emerging biometric modalities, identity management, Intelligence initiatives and capabilities. Farmer served for more than 34 years as an intelligence officer, making her well known by government and military leaders to whom SOSi provides services.
“Having someone of Gen. Farmer’s caliber is a tremendous asset, both to SOSi and to the contract,” said SOSi Senior Vice President Marvin Furusho. “Her expertise and experience as an upper-level advisor add breadth and depth to the company, and will ensure we provide responsive analytical and technical expertise in support of the contract's critical mission requirements.”
