SOS INTERNATIONAL TRAINING WILL PREPARE FBI AGENTS FOR REAL-WORLD SCENARIOS
July 23, 2009
RESTON, VA - SOS International, Ltd. (SOSi) has been awarded task orders as part of the company’s ongoing support of FBI’s national security efforts. The work was awarded via two task orders on a contract won jointly by SOSi and three team-partner companies in 2005.
SOSi's Intelligence Solutions Group will support a five-week training program that includes a team of expert role-players. The course will present realistic scenarios to help prepare FBI operatives for national security assignments.
“The FBI depends on us to supply well-prepared, professional people to act as subjects whom agents could encounter in their work,” said SOSi Senior Vice President Marvin Furusho. “And very few—if any—other companies could prepare and deploy so many role-players at one time on short notice.”
The task order awards are the result of outstanding performance for the FBI in similar work over the past several years, Furusho said. “Because we have a record of excellence in supporting the FBI, they know that we can be depended upon to provide the highest quality support to training programs for agency personnel.”
SOSi is a privately owned U.S. government-support-services integrator that has dedicated the past 20 years to understanding, engaging and shaping perspectives by offering expertise founded on real-world lessons learned.
