MULTI-NATIONAL FORCE IN IRAQ AWARDS INTELLIGENCE ANALYSIS SUPPORT CONTRACT TO SOS INTERNATIONAL

SOS International (SOSi) announced today that it was awarded a $4.5 million contract by the Multi-National Force-Iraq (MNF-I) to provide intelligence analysis, management and administrative services to U.S. Forces throughout Iraq. The objective of this effort is to assist U.S. Forces with managing the vast amounts of information collected in certain areas within the country.

"SOSi is uniquely qualified to lead this effort," said Julian M. Setian, SOSi's Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. "Our organization has evolved into one of the primary firms supporting stability, security, transition and reconstruction efforts in Iraq. Having worked in the country in support of U.S. Forces since 2003, we have a very unique understanding of the political, tribal, and religious landscape, and know that we could be of immense assistance in helping the military make better use of the information that is being gathered."

SOSi has been providing the U.S. Government with analytical and consulting services in both Iraq and Afghanistan since the start of U.S. Military operations in the region. With many of the leading professionals in counterterrorism, counterinsurgency and counterintelligence under employment, the company is increasingly looked to for valuable advice and assistance aimed at identifying and countering ongoing threats posed by the insurgency and other violent and extremist groups throughout the country.
