SOS INTERNATIONAL HIRES FORMER URS TECHNOLOGIES EXECUTIVE AS CORPORATE CONTROLLER

RESTON, VA - Peter J. Pedalino, former Northeast Business Manager at HNTB Corporation and Controller at URS Corporation, has joined SOS International Ltd. (SOSi) as the company’s corporate controller. Pedalino, who will be based in SOSi’s New York City headquarters, is a seasoned financial executive with more than 30 years of business management experience—including more than 15 years in the federal sector.

Pedalino joins SOSi after one year of service at HNTB, a billion-dollar engineering design firm. Prior to his tenure at HNTB, Pedalino served for 18 years in progressively challenging positions at URS as it grew from a relatively small firm of $89 million in sales and 800 employees to more than $3.5 billion in sales and 15,000 employees worldwide.
   
In his most recent position at URS as its controller, he oversaw several billion dollars in federal, state and local government agency business, building and managing processes and procedures to facilitate company growth and leading a large team of financial professionals. 

At SOSi, Pedalino will be responsible for all aspects of accounting, including general accounting, accounts payable, billing, accounts receivable, payroll and systems implementation.
