SOS INTERNATIONAL TO HELP PROVIDE TRAINING TO IRAQI SPECIAL FORCES

RESTON, VA - SOS International (SOSi), on a team led by USIS, has been awarded a contract to assist in training, equipping and basing a specialized national law enforcement capability within Iraq. This training will specialize in countering terrorists, insurgents and criminal activities, quelling large-scale civil disobedience and protecting high-level dignitaries.

Under this contract, the USIS/SOSi Team will support the Iraqi National Police Training Academy at Camp Dublin, providing training in day-to-day Base Support Operations. As part of a plan to transition control to the Government of Iraq, the team will also provide leadership and management training to select members of the Iraqi National Police who will eventually manage operations at the Academy.
