DEA AWARDS SOS INTERNATIONAL $81 MILLION CONTRACT TO PROVIDE TITLE III OPERATIONAL SUPPORT TO ITS NEW YORK FIELD DIVISION

RESTON, VA - SOS International (SOSi) has been awarded a five-year $81 million contract by the US Drug Enforcement Administration to provide Title III operational support to the DEA's New York Field Division. SOSi will be responsible for providing all of the program management and staffing services for consensual and non-consensual electronic surveillance operations in several facilities in New York City and throughout the State.
"Since we are headquartered in New York City, this was an extremely important win for our company," said Julian Setian, SOSi's Chief Operating Officer. "We intend to do an outstanding job for the DEA and to turn this program into one of our cornerstone operations." The DEA New York Field Division is where SOSi started in 1989. The contract is the second largest solicited for Title III support services by the DEA in the past five years.
